Teen parent in Detention

If I am in a detention center, can I see my child?

Yes.

Talk to your lawyer and other people involved in your case, such as your social worker or counselor. Tell them you want a visitation plan for seeing your child regularly.

Can my child live with me while I am in detention?

Maybe.
