Can my parents kick me out because I am pregnant or have a child?

Yes.

However, the law says your parents must find a safe place for you to live. It does not matter that you are pregnant or have a child.

If your parents kick you out of the house and you suddenly need a place to stay, you can go to an emergency shelter for minors.
